Our hand-crafted Artisan Breads are made from a regionally milled flour sourced from a specialized wheat which thrives in our Chesapeake soils. This flour does not need to be combined with other flours to produce a durable dough and thus lends a distinctively pure and long-lasting flavor to our baked products. Our flour retains moisture at optimum levels in the baking process resulting in a baked product that stays fresher for you longer.
